Disabled gamers, and the controllers meant for non-disabled bodies. - WarhawK - 10-14-2015 06:10 AM So I spotted this thread on reddit sub r/PS4. As a paraplegic this subject affects me on a personal level in that, should devs switch game controller formats, I and many others like me could end up stuck watching others play. A few years ago Microsoft released Kinect and we held our collective, asthmatic breaths, so to speak. Kinect turned out to be a non-issue. Oculus Rift and similar motion-tracking, VR headset gear may or may not be. I'm extremely excited at the prospect of upcoming hardware and peripherals. On the other hand my neck is stiff, my spine wobbles like jelly and 5 minutes of lower body rehab leave me worn out. Look, I'm not telling developers not to innovate. Just put us in the game too, 'K Coach?
