This game is like Goat Simulator except not as many goats, more bullets, more mercs, more missions, more grappling hooks and physics. There may well be goats in this game, but you might get lost looking for them considering the playable area is roughly the size of Western Europe. Bundle includes first two games and all DLC for a total of $3.79. Additionally I believe there's a downloadable add-on that includes multiplayer. Sale ends in ~19 hours.
